Where is the Toolbar that used to be in the Utilities folder?

The Toolbar (WPLaunchPad) is removed from the desktop when eWPS is installed. eWPS is installed by default in both Easy and Advanced install.
If you want to use the Toolbar, you can use this small script to recreate the object.
