eCS MT and various device support updated

May 31, 2005 by Chuck McKinnis

The IBM IDE DASD support has been
updated, but the update is available as the Device Manager driver
package (dmd10156.zip) because OS2CDROM.DMD was the only updated
driver.  I have recommended that IBM remove the DMD modules
from the IDE package and package them separately because they apply to
multiple device types.  Future updates at www.ecomstation.com
will continue to split the updates into separate packages of IDE
drivers and DMD modules.

The Enhanced Intel SpeedStep(R) Technology support for OS/2 has been
updated for English and German systems.  This update includes
updates for 2 configuration modules that may resolve some of the issues
with eWP/XWP.  I wish IBM would discontinue hiding such items
in their packages.

An update to the eComStation Maintenance Tool is available for download.
