December 04, 2007 by Yuri Dario

++ From the VOICE OS/2-eCS News Service http://www.os2voice.org ++

From: Yuri Dario

Recoll is a personal full text search tool. It is based on the very strong Xapian back-end, for which it provides a feature-rich yet easy to use front-end with a WPS graphical interface. Recoll is free, open source, and licensed under the GPL.

OS/2 specific features:
- WPS interface.
- Standard EA indexing.
- Real time document indexing (requires XWP hack).
