Heiko Nitzsche has released Generalized Bitmap Module (GBM) 1.66 for OS/2 and eComStation. GBM is a cross-platform library and set of tools capable of loading and saving bitmap files in a variety of popular bitmap file formats and performing common image manipulation operations such as reflection, X-Y transposition, rotation, cropping, scaling, halftoning, error-diffusing, palette mapping, and colour space mapping.
The version for OS/2 and eComStation also contains: - plugins for the Lucide Document Viewer and the web browsers Netscape, Mozilla, Firefox and SeaMonkey;
- REXX libraries for loading and saving bitmap formats, scaling, reflecting, rotating, and colour conversions; and
- a PM bitmap viewer and an editor supporting all the above functionality.
