Enhanced Mozilla applications updated to Gecko 1.8.1.16

Again, another security release of my enhanced Mozilla based apps is
available from http://pmw-warpzilla.sf.net/ > :

- SeaMonkey 1.1.11 (PmW)
- PmW-Fx 2.0.0.16
- PmW-Tb 2.0.0.16

They are all based on Gecko 1.8.1.16 on the date of 2008-07-15 and built
from the exact same sources. They correspond directly to the respective
official releases of SeaMonkey, Firefox, and Thunderbird (which is not
yet released but it should be in about a week).

These releases pick up all the changes done by Mozilla since my Gecko
1.8.1.15 release, i.e. between 2008-06-12 and 2008-07-02. This includes
fixes for at least one critical security issue. (For PmW-Tb the last
release was with Gecko 1.8.1.13, so the timespan is even between
2008-03-11 and 2008-07-02.)

No OS/2 specific changes were applied between Gecko 1.8.1.15 and
1.8.1.16.
