Weasel has been updated to version 2.53

This fixes a couple of problems recently discussed on the Weasel mailing list.

Coming soon:
1. A collection of Rexx scripts to operate on TNI files, together
with updates to some Weasel and Major Major tools that
previously only worked with INI files.
2. A new build of Major Major to stop it from responding to
postmaster "bounce" messages.
