WaveCut beta5

WaveCut beta5 is available.

WaveCut is a (PM) wave player and cutter for os2 and ecs with
- rsj support
- integration of normalize
- fast cutting with copywave

Currently the documentation is only in german included, but the tool should explain itself.
Just copy COPYWAVE.EXE and NORMALIZE.EXE in your installpath and start cutting.
COPYWAVE.EXE and NORMALIZE.EXE are required, but not included.
