20030805 beta release of eCS 1.1 German

There is a new version of the German beta of eComStation 1.l available for registered Upgrade Protection customers.

This release is almost entirely translated and resembles the gold version quite closely.

Please only download and participate if you have a DSL internet connection and time to report bugs in a timely manner.
