Lucide 1.3.4 GA Correction

A new release of Lucide 1.3.4 for OS/2 and eComStation is on the netlabs FTP server. Lucide is a plugin based document viewer that supports PDF, DejaVu and JPEG files out of the box but new document types can easily be added to it.

- WPI: added a check, so also rpm installations work w/o installing the req wpi
- updated poppler to 0.18.1
- fixed an annoying flicker
- fixed launching Lucide in background (ticket #163)
- fixed ALT-letter combination (ticket #211)
