GenINI package (generic INI file save/restore) updated

The GenINI (freeware) package for saving and restoring INI files has
been updated to version 1.40. You can get the new version from
ftp://ftp.pmoylan.org/software/genini1.40.zip
or from
www.pmoylan.org/pages/os2/genini.html
or from Hobbes.

This new version fixes an obscure bug that can cause infinite recursion
while dumping a long string that contains both kinds of quotation marks.
Since this is the first bug that has been reported in two years, the
software can be considered to be relatively stable.
