eCS 1.1 FAQ and Bug Tracker

>This is a reminder that for registered eCS 1.1 customers, there is an on-line FAQ system which contains various tips on eCS 1.1. This system is being updated frequently as new tips are discovered. You will find helpful information about eCS 1.1 there - from pre-install planning, installation, to post-installation.

To access the FAQ system, logon to thewww.ecomstation.com site, and click on the "eComStation 1.1 FAQ" on the upper left corner of your screen (you need to be a registered eCS user to see this option).

If you have ideas about new entries to this system, please discuss it with others using the community support news server at news://news.ecomstation.com/ecomstation.support.misc. If the idea proves to be useful to others, we will enter it into the FAQ system.

There is also a bug tracker system for eCS 1.1 - available to registered eCS 1.1 users. Before reporting a bug to the system, please use the support news server and discuss with others first. This way we can be sure that the entries to the bug tracker system are indeed "bugs".
