Switching to SNAP driver from an eCS 1.1 installation

By default, eCS 1.1 installs either the SDD, the GenGradd, or Classic VGA video driver - depending on your selection. The SciTech SNAP driver was released after eCS 1.1 had been frozen. We recommend that you try the SNAP driver - which is a more modern video driver then the default drivers that came with the eCS 1.1 CD.

Registered users can download the SNAP driver package from http://www.ecomstation.com logging on and clicking on "Download the latest software". Then go to "Search in all available files:" box at the botton of the page and enter SNAP, then click on Submit. The search will bring users directly to the download.
