ZxMail refreshed to v1.0.3 and modifed minimum requirements.

ZxMail has been refreshed to v1.0.3.

in this release:

Fixed I recompiled the code without optimization, since optimisation made a bug in the pop3 server.

The minimum requirements have been modified.
previously the 32bit stack was required.
changed this for v4.02y of the stack (as reported by inetver)it may be possible to run with a lower version of the stack, but v4,02y is the minimum level known to work.
basically if you have the file so32dll.dll in the mptndll dir then ZxMail should work.
