WarpVision - a DivX videoplayer for eCS

I'm glad to announce divx player WarpVision by
Alex Strelnikov. WarpVision is a new
subproject in Video/2 project on OS2.Ru.

WarpVision uses win32 codec DivX through Odin.

Limitations:
- Current version doesn't have sound support.
- Time sychronizing is either not released yet.
- The 64k (16bit) colors screen mode is suggested.
(It's a DIVE problem, but we made fix for it :)
