MAMERun beta 8a

Whats New Beta 8a:

-Fixed an incompatibility with the Classic Rexx interpreter which would cause a crash upon closing the program.
-Removed the dependency on the "E" editor, all text messages now display in an internal viewer.
-Reflowed the popup menus for easier navigation.

MAMERun is a frontend for the DOS version of MAME; an arcade emulator. MAMERun is Opensource.
