SBLive 0.70

This is an unofficial release of the driver for the Creative SoundBlaster Live audio card which solves a conflict with USB adapters that claim exclusive access for an IRQ that is required by the soundcard by simply not loading the driver.

There is a new audio interface included, that is used by the recent ODIN builds.
