DFSee 6.05 released, including CDROM
April 08, 2004 by Jan van Wijk
All DFSee distributions updated to version 6.05!
This is a significant upgrade to the 6.02 version with some new functionality, many menu additions and some Linux stuff.
If you are using a multi-boot or pure Linux system, check the recognition of GRUB, LILO, EXT2/3 and the Reiser filesystem!
You also might want to try the 'DFSCHECK' script that does an automatic analysis of all recognized filesystems on your disks.
Downloads are available for the complete version in a ZIP,
an ISO image for the bootable CDROM and a diskette image
for a bootable diskette.
It is also available on a very cute 8cm bootable mini
CDROM that boots FreeDOS and uses DFSDOS. See:
The CDROM also includes the full DOS, OS/2 and Windows
versions plus documentation for regular installation.
You can buy a complete CD including a standard license
for just 47 Euros plus shipping ...
(10 Euros if you already own a DFSee 6.xx registration)
