Workplace Shell Toolkit V1.60 binary release available

The new binary release of the Workplace Shell Toolkit is available, now supporting Innotek GCC for OS/2 v3.3.5 and Open Watcom V1.6 as new compilers, and adding an API to query and set Buildlevel signatures of executables.
